RETURNS / REFUNDS POLICY — WeShinePR

At WeShinePR, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something doesn't meet your expectations, please review our policy to learn about your options.
📦 Returns
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
We do not accept returns on sale, personalized, or used items.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the error was ours).
🔄 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another (size, color, etc.), please email us at wclaudioh@gmail.com with your order number and the exchange details.
🚫 Defective or Damaged Items
If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will make sure to resolve it as soon as possible.
📦 Return Process

We will send you instructions for shipping the item.
Once received and reviewed, we will process your refund or exchange.
