Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email with the order number and, once shipped, a tracking link (if applicable).
🚚 Shipping Methods and Times
Shipping within Puerto Rico: 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping to the United States: 5 to 10 business days.
International Shipping: Shipping times may vary depending on the country and customs.
(Times are estimated; they may be extended due to external factors.)
💵 Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
In some cases, we offer free shipping on orders over a specific amount (when available, it will be displayed at checkout).
🧾 Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if the shipping service allows it).
WeShinePR is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
🚫 Returned Packages or Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment will be the buyer's responsibility.
